Meet Your 2018-2019 Executive Board!

Jack Bolen - President

Hi everyone, my name is Jack and I’m a second year Cognitive Science major in Glenrock. I’m so excited to be on the UAH RGC this year because of the amazing opportunity it presents to meet new people in our buildings. Outside of RGC, you’ll also find me marketing events for the UCLA Student Alumni Association on social media, including the Beat ‘SC Bonfire, Entertainment Networking Night, and Spring Sing. My number one goal this year is to see all of our residents thrive through relevant events that help us grow into True Bruin adults. I can’t wait to share some amazing memories with you all this year!

Dorothy Nguyen-OCHC Representative

My name is Dorothy Nguyen and I'm your OCHC rep! I'm a second-year biochemistry major. I'm on RGC to make a comfortable, fun living space for all residents, and I love the resident community. I like running, cartoons and music! Fun fact: I have a piece of pencil lead in my knee.

Amely Slip- Program Assistant

Hi my name is Amely and I am a Program Assistant for Glenrock! I have been part of government councils on the Hill these past two years and had such a great experience that I’m happy to say that I am a part of Glenrock’s Resident Government Council for this academic year. I’m a third year Psychology major and am a first generation student from Glendale, California. I am also a member of The Sister Complex, a club on campus where women support each other to achieve personal goals on a quarterly basis. When I’m not busy with classes or extra-curricular activities, you can find me at the gym, on the Hill, and spending time with family and friends. I look forward to getting to know the members of our community better and putting on many exciting programs for all residents to enjoy!

 Jessie Bobish -Program Assistant

Hi, my name is Jessie and I am third year transfer student from San Diego Mesa College. This is my first quarter at UCLA, I am a psychology major, and my goal is to obtain my PhD in clinical psychology. I wanted to be on RGC because I thought it would be very fun to make events for our community to come together and to meet new people! At UCLA I am apart of Psi Chi, a nationally recognized honor society specifically for psychology and an intern for the Student Activism Project. We advocate for education and change for oppressed groups in society. I am looking forward to my time at RGC!
